Installation

ECSS treats all jobs, large and small, with the same degree of care and dedication. If you request a bid on security system installation from ECSS, you can expect that:

  • We will perform an evaluation of your security need at your location, free of charge.
  • We evaluate your entire location for vulnerabilities such as break-in points and poor lighting. If we determine you would benefit from items such as new locks or improved lighting we include those items in our bid with NO MARKUP added.
  • Once we have assessed your needs, we provide a detailed bid covering all aspects of your project including schedule and cost. We encourage you to ask questions and we want you to know exactly what to expect at each step of the process.
  • We will work with your schedule. If installing your equipment would be too disruptive during business hours, ECSS will perform your installation when you are closed – through the night if necessary.

When you are happy with our bid and are ready to proceed:

  • Your equipment is bench tested, programmed, and confirmed ready-to-install at our lab.
  • All materials for your job are pre-ordered and on the truck before we arrive on site.
  • Once work is complete, two quality checks are performed. First, a quality control inspection is performed by a manager. Then, a second inspection is performed by you and ECSS leadership.
  • A one-year warranty on parts and workmanship begins when you accept our work as completed.
