You rely on your video surveillance system to keep you and your property safe. You want to know that your system will be there when you need it. You want to know that any problem will be addressed quickly and competently.

East Coast Security Solutions offers Service Plans for your system that provide the peace of mind you deserve.

ECSS has the experience and knowledge to keep your system working optimally and to quickly fix any problem you might have. Every technician on ECSS’ staff is qualified to diagnose problems and restore your system to full operation.

All Service Plans are renewable on a monthly basis and require no long-term contract.

All ECSS plans include:

System Inspections

We clean all of your cameras, examine all of your equipment, and identify any potential problems. A system inspection is performed at the start of your Service Plan and twice yearly for as long as your plan remains active.

Responsive, competent service

Emergency service requests are acknowledged within one hour and you can expect any problem will be fixed within 8 hours.
Non-emergency service requests are acknowledged within 3 hours, even during off hours. You can expect any problem will be fixed within 3 days.

Repair or replacement of cameras whenever necessary

If a failing camera cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new, digital, high-definition model.

Availability

Help is always a phone call or a click away. Someone is available Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM to take your call. After hours, you can leave us a voicemail and emergency service, should you ever need it, is available 24 hours a day, every day. You can also generate a service ticket and check the status of your request online.

ECSS offers two different Service Plans for your video surveillance system: Standard and Premium.

Standard Plan
  • $8 per camera

Plan Restrictions

Every part of your video surveillance system is covered by your Service Plan. While there is no charge for the repair of each stationary camera included in your plan, all other failed components will be repaired or replaced at a discounted rate.

Please note the following regarding ECSS’ Service Plans:

  • Cameras that are 10 or more years old are not eligible for full replacement. Older cameras will be replaced at the discount level associated with your Service Plan. Older cameras are not included in your monthly service fee even though they are covered by your plan.
  • Failed thermal and pan-tilt-zoom cameras are not eligible for full replacement, but ECSS will diagnose and replace these components at the discount level associated with your Service Plan. Thermal and pan-tilt-zoom cameras are not included in your monthly service fee even though they are part of your plan.
  • Failed system wiring and network equipment (routers, switches, modems) are not eligible for full replacement, but ECSS will diagnose and replace these components at the discount level associated with your Service Plan.
  • Failed Network Video Recorders (NVRs) are addressed as follows:
    • NVRs that are less than 10 years old will be repaired whenever possible at no cost for Premium Plan members. If repair is not possible, these NVRs will be replaced at a 50 percent discount for Premium Plan members. NVRs that are 10 or more years old will also be replaced at a 50 percent discount.
    • NVRs that are less than 10 years old will be repaired whenever possible at a 25 percent discount for Standard Plan members. If repair is not possible, these NVRs will be replaced at a 25 percent discount for Standard Plan members. NVRs that are 10 or more years old will also be replaced at a 25 percent discount.
  • All system components must be accessible to ECSS technicians. Provision of special equipment, such as lifts, will be the responsibility of the customer whenever necessary.
